Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the rules for using Snapback. It is incorporated into the Terms of Service. If you breach this policy, we may suspend or terminate your access.
1. Prohibited activities
You must not: use the Service to break the law or infringe others' rights; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or related systems; probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without authorisation; interfere with or disrupt the Service; or circumvent usage limits, quotas, or access controls.
You must not submit malware, or data you are not authorised to share, and you must not use the Service to store or transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringing.
2. Data responsibility
You are responsible for the trace data you submit. Do not submit unnecessary personal, sensitive, or regulated data. Configure the appropriate redaction mode for your sources.
3. Fair use
Use the API and integrations reasonably and within the limits of your plan. Automated or high-volume use must respect rate limits and must not degrade the Service for others.
4. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and take action, including suspending or terminating access and reporting to authorities where appropriate.
